Veronica brings three decades of hands-on real estate experience to every transaction. As a licensed real estate agent for the past 10 years, she has also developed expertise in property management services, having worked as an investor, landlord, and renovation specialist. 

After purchasing her first duplex at just 22 years old, Veronica built a 30-year track record as an owner-operator in residential real estate. This wide-ranging experience enables her to understand the challenges her clients face and recognize hidden opportunities in real estate investments. Her practical knowledge allows her to anticipate potential problems and help clients navigate even the most complicated transactions. 

Veronica is also passionate about teaching young people how real estate can create financial stability and long-term wealth.

At the heart of Veronica’s business are honesty and personal accountability. She values her reputation as an experienced real estate agent and guides buyers, sellers, and investors with transparency, sound advice, and steady attention from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Veronica enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband while cherishing time spent with their 15 grandchildren, the true joys of her life.

Lisa brings nearly a decade of banking experience to her work as one of the most experienced real estate agents in the industry. Her strong foundation in finance, lending, and investment strategy enables her to evaluate not just the properties themselves but to also recognize their potential for real estate investments. She helps clients make informed decisions that align with both their immediate goals and long-term value.

Together with her husband and business partner, Bill, Lisa identifies opportunities, transforming overlooked properties into beautiful, functional homes. They expertly manage every stage of the process—from negotiating and acquiring properties to planning renovations and overseeing projects through to completion.

Once the renovations are finished, Lisa applies her natural eye for design and detail during the staging process. She understands that thoughtful furnishings, finishes, layouts, and presentation can highlight a home’s best features, create an emotional connection with buyers, and maximize its appeal in the market.

Additionally, Lisa owns and manages both short-term and long-term rental properties, which enhances her expertise in property management services. This firsthand experience across various areas of real estate investing allows her to better serve her clients. At the core of Lisa’s approach is a belief that successful real estate relies on trust, strong relationships, smart decisions, and the ability to see possibilities where others may not.

Nikki brings decades of experience as one of the most experienced real estate agents in the industry, with a strong background in sales, customer service, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She began her first sales position at just 16, quickly discovering her natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and create positive experiences.

Throughout her career, Nikki advanced into management and district-level leadership roles. She also built a successful direct-sales business, mentoring and leading a team of approximately 800 people, which enhanced her skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Nikki’s interest in homes flourished while working with her partner, Jeremy, in their local painting business. They began investing in and renovating properties—from their own duplex to complete home transformations. This hands-on experience provided her with a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the details that enhance real estate investments.

Now with Team Bassett Realty, Nikki combines her extensive business experience, renovation knowledge, and people-first approach to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence. She knows real estate is about more than just a transaction; it’s about listening, earning trust, and ensuring every detail is managed effectively—including property management services.

Outside of real estate, Nikki’s favorite role will always be being a mom. She is also excited to begin her newest and most anticipated role: Grammie.
